Peace of Paradise

Really have a Hawaiian experience at Hale Peace of Paradise.  You won’t believe you are only seven minutes to the nearest stores.  Hale Peace of Paradise is in Hawaiian Paradise Park, 25 minutes south of Hilo, on two acres of garden and jungle.  Secluded; beautiful . . .and just a bit “quirky.” 

          The hale was built in three individual sections: first up the entrance steps is the Living Room with queen futon, and an accommodation for the modern world - hundreds of DVD’s, big screen TV, DVD player, internet and phone.

          A few steps away on the deck lanai is the master bedroom with full bath.
          Then you go down a few steps and you’ll have a shower room; a few more steps gets you to the fully equipped kitchen and eating area, totally private, screened by palm trees and other  tropical plants.

          The setting is like something out of a South Seas fantasy.  It’s like being in a jungle compound, yet convenient to everything, including ocean cliff walk,  Makuu Point and a one mile walk to hidden tide pools churned out by the ocean waves from an ancient lava flow. These delights are only 5 minutes away.

Truly, Hale Peace of Paradise isn’t for those who want a traditional hotel-type accommodation.  It’s made for the adventuresome who will appreciate the intent of the owner when she lovingly created this au natural oasis; an escape from the ordinary; a hideaway in Hawaii . . . that’s just a bit, well . . . quirky, but so inviting!

Rates are for two persons, and children under 17 free; $10/night/person extra.
Minimum stay: three nights; two nights for Kama’aina.
Fifty percent deposit with reservation; balance upon arrival.
Cancellation: 60 days before, 100% deposit refund; 30 days before 50% refund.
