Rental Choices & Rates

Rental Rates provided below do NOT include utilities (electricity, cable, interent, phone, water).
Rates are for two persons, and children under 17 free; $10/night/person extra.
Groups get special rates depending upon needs.
Fifty percent deposit with reservation; balance upon arrival.
Cancellation: 60 days before, 100% deposit refund; 30 days before 50% refund.
